RT. HON. Prime Minster And Chancellor Of Nast MR KP Sharma Oli Handed Over Nabil Science & Technology Awards
Nepal Academy of Science & Technology (NAST) announced Nabil Science & Technology awards in the first time to four researchers/scientists. The awardees were felicitated by Rt. Hon. Prime Minister and Chancellor of NAST Mr Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli on the occasion of NAST’s 33rd anniversary held on December 6, 2015. The 4 best research contributors namely Prof. Dr. Shiva Prasad Dhaubadel, Prof. Dr. Sangeeta Rajbhnadary, Dr. Deepak Raj Singh and Dr Durga Prasad Sapkota were awarded “Nabil Science & Technology Award” with a purse of Rs 125,000 each for their contributions in different areas under the field of science and technology. In the occasion, total 21 researchers/ scientists were honored by various prestigious awards of NAST. The award selection process was fully handled by a team of scientific experts and academicians under the aegis of NAST.
